| How will I know if my order has been processed? |
| After your purchase, we will send a confirmation email to you that confirms the details of each transaction. After your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email which will include the tracking number of your shipment so that you can check on your order's status. |
| How long will it take for my order to be shipped? |
| Customers may expect their in-stock orders to be shipped within 2-7 business days. |
| Is it possible to order more than one item at a time? |
| Absolutely! Simply add as many items as you would like to your shopping cart. |
| How do I know that this purchase will be a secure transaction? |

| What is the Return/Refund Policy? |
| We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Shipping errors and/or damages must be reported to Guidecraft within 7 days of customer's receipt of good for credit or product replacement. Defective product will be replaced for up to one year from customer's receipt of goods. |
| Do you ship outside the continental United States? |
| Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. |
